Temple Shalom depends on lay leaders and musicians to be able to have services as often as it does. There is a good group now, but we always need more to help distribute the work and to prepare leadership for the future as some of the leaders, e.g., I, consider retirement. If you have been reluctant to step up to one or more of these roles, because the idea of standing up there in front of the whole congregation is daunting, then consider leading or accompanying WITH an existing leader as mentor.
